I'm really happy with happy with how it turned out.

The text says:

Every cycle 10,000 New Soldiers join the ranks of The Empire
Only 1000 are selected for special training
100 are taken to the crucible Planet Yinchorr
10 will survive
Only one will be chosen for the Royal Guard

And at the bottom it says:

Strength. Honor. Obedience.
The Emperors Royal Guard.
